Our Story
Built on a Foundation That Goes Back to 1971
Doucette, LLC traces its roots to 1971, when DAC was established in New Orleans, Louisiana, to serve the region's growing commercial and residential construction markets. That foundation of industry-leading technique and hands-on management became the standard the whole company was built on.
In 2013, Doucette, LLC was formed as a subsidiary of DAC — carrying the same construction and management standards forward while expanding into ground-up construction, design-build delivery, and specialized technology services.
Today, we operate from two offices, in New Orleans and Memphis, with a project history spanning airports, universities, hospitals, schools, and public infrastructure across the South and beyond.V

We believe the best outcomes come from collaboration, not competition between owner, architect, and contractor. Depending on what a project needs, our team can manage the process directly on an owner's behalf, or serve as construction manager working alongside the full project team.
Every project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager and Project Administrator from initial estimate through final walkthrough — one team that understands the client's needs well enough to solve problems before they become delays
